The Job

This company are looking for a well organised and driven individual to join their team who is capable of taking responsibility for their own work load and reliably completing the following tasks:
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Reconciling key supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Managing the accounts payable inbox
  • Ad-hoc finance work
  • Proven experience in a financial role (1 year required)
  • Credit control/sales ledger experience (desirable)
  • Use of DynamicsNav system (desirable)
  • Production and processing of import documentation (desirable)
  • Proven capability of reducing existing backlog
  • Managing ledger to keep it well organised
