An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned company based in Wakefield as a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis 4-6 months fixed term contract (FTC).

The Job:
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of key supplier statements
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Managing supplier and customer queries
  • Ad-hoc finance work
  • Management of accounts payable ledger
The Person:
  • Previous experience in a financial role (1 year minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Open to challenge
  • Proven experience of working well under pressure
The Benefits:
  • £22,000 - £24,000 (dependent on experience)
