Purchase Ledger Project Accountant | 12-month FTC | £50,000 – 60,000 | Leeds – Hybrid
We are delighted to be working with a business in South Leeds who are implementing SAP and would like to recruit a Purchase Ledger Project Accountant to take responsibility for a section of the project.
Working closely with the Transactional Manager, Project Lead and wider finance team, the role will extract the business requirements and deliver the project with a focus on purchase ledger. In addition, you will work on existing processes and aligning with SAP along the way.

Duties will include:
- Defining and performing testing scenarios
- Training new system users
- Documenting work performed as future reference material
- Data cleansing
- Data mapping for migration
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks to meet the business needs
- Either a Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with experience of Accounts Payable or an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger / Transactional Manager
- Systems and controls design and specification, ideally including Purchase Orders and integration with Inventory systems.
