Axon Moore is proud to have partnered with a well-recognised and successful Wakefield based FMCG. They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their dynamic, fast-paced finance team.  
The successful candidate will have previous Purchase Ledger experience of managing, mentoring or supporting a small team.
Duties will include:
  • Line management for a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks
  • Overseeing the posting, matching, approval of all invoices
  • Management of all queries
  • Review and reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Month end reporting and analysis
  • Improving and streamlining processes
  • Training and support
Person Specification:
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role managing a team 
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Solid team working skills
  • Ability to communicate appropriately, sensitively and maintain confidentiality
  • Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:
