Purchasing Assistant – No exact experience required – Personality is key - £25,000 / £28,000 (Admin role)

Some main duties to give a flavour of the role are:
· Responsible for replenishing stock
· Place Purchase Orders using SAGE
· Chase outstanding Purchase orders
· Answering inbound calls
· External Phone calls to suppliers to chase PO’s
· Dealing with email queries
· Data analysis
· importing data
· General Admin

Essential skills:
- Confident on the telephone
- Good organisations skills
- Holiday entitlement of 25 days running January to December (four days taken during Christmas shut-down period)
- Pension contributions in-line with the company policy as per People’s Pension scheme

- Training opportunities as required
