Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Warrington (trendy HQ office)
Company: High-growth, market-leading tech business

  • Handle and process customer orders and price inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
  • Communicate with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues and queries.
  • Escalate relevant customer issues and complaints as necessary.
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the Sales Administrator role.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Minimum of five GCSEs, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service administration with an understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
  • Effective organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Quick learner, action-oriented, resourceful, and resilient.
