Sales Ledger Clerk | West Manchester | Hybrid | Up to £27,000

Job Overview:

Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a global manufacturing business situated in West Manchester. They are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger admin clerk into the team. This role will suit an individual who is used to a fast pace of working and is a team player. This role will offer future development and is a great career starter.

Salary: up to £27,000

Benefits: Hybrid working after probationary period

Location: West Manchester

 Main Duties:
  • Processing invoices ensuring they meet legal and tax requirements in accordance with HMRC regulations.
  • Processing credit notes same criteria as above.
  • Checking and processing self-bills and communicating any issues to local regional contacts.
  • Uploading invoices in a timely manner onto portals.
  • Checking admin inboxes and dealing with queries as necessary.
  • Producing some reporting using SAP and Excel.
  • Updating systems with changes to customer details.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as and when required.
 

Person Specification:

•            Intermediate knowledge of Excel

•            Diligence to ensure work is completed to the highest standard; accurately and efficiently

•            Resourceful in problem solving and seeking guidance

•            Ability to prioritise workload based on deadlines and importance

•            Knowledge of SAP an advantage, but not essential
