Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, as Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the sales ledger across multiple departments and companies:

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, as Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the sales ledger across multiple departments and companies:
- Completion of new supplier forms
- Managing the sales invoice forecast
- Raise sales invoices
- Liaising with project managers on sales invoice queries
- Managing and resolving client queries from sales invoices raised
- Credit control
- Significant experience in a similar role within credit control/sales ledger
- Excellent communication skills – able to sensitively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective planning and time management skills – able to meet deadlines and targets
- Experience with Xero would be desired but not essential
- A positive and confident attitude towards workload
