Senior Finance Manager – FD Designate | £60,000 - £80,000 plus benefits | Chorley | Private Equity Backed SME
Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with a CFO of a private equity backed business in Chorley, to find them a successor that can be trained and moulded into becoming the next Finance Director of the business over a 3-5 year period.
Key headlines of this opportunity:
Initially titled ‘Senior Finance Manager’ but will change as the role grows
Right hand person to an exceptional PE specialist CFO
Core remit is to manage the finance team, orchestrate month end and year end
Secondary remit is to drive improvements in finance and be a commercial business partner to operations
Third remit is to focus on key business events and value creation plans in relationship with external investors and advisors
The successful candidate will have a high capacity for learning and will be comfortable working in a fast paced and challenging environment. Every day will be different and the successful candidate will experience new challenges on a daily basis giving them an excellent opportunity to stretch and grow themselves in this post.
Although private equity experience is not an essential component to be able to apply for this role, candidates must have a proven track record of progression, work ethic and display a good level of ambition to be considered suitable.
