Senior FP&A Analyst

Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a growing business in Chorley to recruit a commercially focused and qualified Senior FP&A Analyst. This is a newly created role that will hold a high degree of autonomy with the main objective to help the business improve performance, through an effective combination of business partnering and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting across a multi-site business
• Supporting monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Development of forecasting & budgeting models; including evaluation and refinement of processes
• Working closely with dedicated Power BI analysts to provide key reporting to business leaders, including supporting the development of new reports
• Conducting in-depth analysis on data sets to identify trends in historic data and provide insight to aid forecasting
• Assisting with business process reviews to drive efficiencies, including the integration of new systems when appropriate
• Automation of reports
• Support the production of monthly board reports and annual budget presentations
• Ad hoc project work, and business partnering across multiple business areas & with the PE house

The successful candidate will be a personable, dynamic ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified individual who wishes to grow and develop alongside a high calibre finance team.
