The Business:
Axon Moore are working exclusively with an organisation that is growing at a rapid rate in the Lancaster area. The client is investing heavily in order to continue to build the business rapidly and this has led to the need to recruit a new Trainee Accountant for the internal team.
Progression Plan:
The successful Trainee Accountant will have a clear and detailed development programme over the first 18 months. This varied and challenging role with a proactive and driven finance team, will be overseen by an extremely experienced mentor. Once trained there will continue to be further opportunities for progression and internal promotion.
The Role:
This is an energetic and exciting finance team that requires enthusiastic individuals that can new challenges head-on and ultimately be the driving force behind further growth in the business. The Trainee Accountant will initially be a junior role with a view to becoming a qualified accountant This means that the role will involve all core areas of finance. The successful candidate will also gain experience through various finance projects across the business.
Requirements:
Have a 2:1 or above in Accounting and Finance, Mathematics, or other relevant degree
Motivated to progress with CIMA/ACCA
Extremely ambitious and career-focused
Previous accounts experience would be beneficial, but not essential
