Trainee Accountant | £15,000 - £20,000 + Study | Bolton | Fantastic team and culture | Rapidly-growing firm
Axon Moore have partnered with an up-and-coming accounting firm, based in Bolton, as they seek to bolster their team with the addition of a Trainee Accountant of the back of a period of sustained growth for the business.
This is a fully office-based role so candidates must live within a commutable distance to Bolton. Moreover, given the opportunities to progress within this firm, candidates must be hard-working, ambitious and driven to achieve their goals and succeed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide support to our team of experienced accountants
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and VAT returns
- Learn and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Learn and assist with payroll tasks
- Learn and assist with tax planning and compliance
- Completing on-the-job training and off-the-job training to achieve a professional accounting qualification (AAT) – Day release will be granted to the candidates selected college
- Ad-hoc duties
- Strong interest in accounting and finance

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
