Axon Moore are working with a market leading recruitment organisation who have an immediate need for an interim / temp to perm standalone Payroll Manager. Looking after a payroll of circa 300 and 4 PAYE companies.
You will act as a business partner between the HR and the Finance team, working closely with both.
There is also a potential Payroll outsourcing to bureau, so experience of looking after a similar project is advantageous.
Duties:
We are looking for someone really organised and diligent who can manage a steady Payroll department and implement change and streamline process where necessary. You must have gravitas and be comfortable with senior stakeholders. Plus be incredibly numerate with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience of system implementation is also highly advantageous.

Duties:
- Manage the Payroll outsourcing project
- Run payroll for changes/new starters
Manually calculate monthly payments - Manage commission payments
- Manage expenses
Run monthly payroll reports - Monthly Payroll consolidation
- Prepare annual reports such as P11ds, P60's, shares, PSA - legal requirement (HMRC/staff)
- Produce P11ds for tax year
- Monthly Payroll Forecast (add starters, leavers, consolidate TT requisitions)
- Benefits administration
- HR reporting
